A Pop of Color (formerly A Cherished Moment) is located in Spring, Texas and has been serving Houston and surrounding areas since 2008. The owner, Tiffany Burley, grew up in the wedding industry and learned at a very early age about the hard work and effort that goes into planning a special event. Many weekends were spent watching her mother make wedding cakes and floral arrangements. She continues to use some of those skills today.
Education is the key to success in any industry. With a long background in Accounting, Tiffany had a great desire for work that is fun, creative and exciting. The plan for a business in event planning lead her to rediscover balloons in a new way. Her past experience with balloons in the family business was simply a balloon on a string until she planned a friend’s baby shower. The simple balloon bouquets were a big hit and lead to other requests. After meeting people in the balloon industry and seeing unique balloon creations, she thought “can I do this?” and started making balloon arrangements. As a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network, she has learned many unique balloon décor techniques to enhance the theme and atmosphere of any event. The training events she has attended are listed below.

Candidates must take and pass the CBA Practical Exam – a timed, 4-hour, hands-on exam designed to confirm knowledge of the QBN curriculum.
